AXXIS Technology has announced its acquisition by Hostech, an ASX listed IT & Telecommunications integrator (ASX: HTC).
The group will form a national IT & Telecommunications powerhouse to service small to medium businesses across Australia.
The combined group of over 220 staff and 15 office locations will operate under the Anittel brand.
